Intensive Italian Cooking Courses in Florence

Learn how to create an entire Italian meal while spending a wonderful week in Florence, Italy! Afternoons and evenings are left free for shopping or doing your own sightseeing and exploring piazzas, museums, city monuments, and parks.
COOKING CLASS SCHEDULE:
Classes are held Monday – Friday 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
MondayIntroductory Course on the Basics of Italian Cooking (Base di Cucina Italiana)
Become familiar with the use of basic Italian cooking utensils and ingredients found in an Italian kitchen.
Regional Italian Cooking (Cucina Regionale)
Focus on the preparation of various “primi piatti” or first courses, i.e., pastas, risottos etc., from different regions of Italy.
Bread and Pizza (Pane e Pizza)
Learn different aspects of natural and homemade dough-making from kneading to baking.

Italian Pastries (Pasticceria)
Create traditional Italian cakes and desserts.
Main Dishes and Vegetables (Secondi Piatti e Verdure)
Prepare various kinds of Italian meats and fresh seasonal vegetables in the Italian way.
Includes 7 nights accommodation (Saturday – Saturday) within walking distance to the cooking school, 20 hours of cooking Monday – Friday (4 hours per day), all supplies necessary to complete the course including recipes, ingredients and aprons.
All courses are taught in a professional manner in an Italian cooking school in the historic center of Florence. Courses are taught by Tuscan chefs Fabrizio & Gianluca who have years of experience in an Italian kitchen. Students assist and are given the opportunity to learn in a “hands-on” cooking environment.
